IMPINDUKA ZIBA MU MUBIRI BITEWE NO GUCURA (MENOPAUSE)

Icyo bita gucura (menopause) ni iki?

Gucura ni igihe umugore ageramo, ibyo bita imirerantanga (ovaires) bigabanya gukora umusemburo witwa oestrogenes, imihango ikagenda igabanuka yageraho igahagarara. N’ubwo abagore benshi bagera mu gihe cyo gucura ku myaka 50, ariko hari n’abo biza hagati y’imyaka 40 na 55. Bavuga ko abagore bacuze iyo hashize umwaka batakibona imihango. Imihango yegereza gucura iba ihindagurika cyane,  kandi ikaza ari mike cyane.

1.    Ubushyuhe mu mubiri

Ibyo biba ku bagore 75% bigaherekezwa no gutukura mu maso no gutera cyane k’umutima. Bimara hagati y’amasegonda 30 n’iminota ibiri. 5.    Kumagara mu nda ibyara

Kugabuka k’umusemburo wa oestrogenes mu maraso bituma ururenda rutuma mu nda ibyara horohera rugabanuka, ndetse icyo gice tuvuze kigatangira kugabanuka no gutakaza ubushobozi bwo gukweduka. Izo mpinduka zose, zishobora kugira ingaruka ku mibonano mpuzabitsina no kumva utayishaka.

6.    Impinduka mu muyoboro w’inkari

Gutakaza ubushobozi kw’imikaya yegereye ku gice cy’umuyoboro w’inkari bigira ingaruka zo kunanirwa kugenzura igihe cyo gusohoka kw’inkari. Igihe ufite icyo kibazo cyo kudashobora kugenzura inkari, ukwiye kwegera abaganga kuko hari uburyo bashobora kugufasha bigasubira mu murongo.

7.    Ibibazo by’amagufa

Kugabanuka k’umusemburo wa oestrogenes bigira ingaruka ku magufa. Uwo musemburo iyo ubuze amagufa abura ibiyatunga, bityo akoroha cyane ndetse akaba yavunika ku buryo bworoshye igihe uguye.

8.    Ibibazo mu miyoboro y’amaraso no ku mutima.

Umusemburo wa oestrogenes iyo ubaye muke indwara z’imiyoboro y’amaraso ziriyongera zirimo umuvuduko w’amaraso, AVC ari nayo ndwara y’ubwonko bakunze kwita stroke, indwara z’umutima, ...

 

WAKORA IKI CYAGUFASHA IGIHE UGEZE MU GIHE CYO GUCURA?

Igihe utangiye kwinjira mu gihe cyo gucura urimo kurwana n’impinduka ziba mu mubiri wawe, dore bimwe mu byo ukwiye gukora byagufasha:

-        Kurya indyo yuzuye igizwe n’ibyubaka umubiri, ibirinda indwara n’ibitera imbaraga.

-        Kwirinda urusenda, ikawa, chocolat, ibinyobwa bishyushye cyane, inzoga.

-        Kurya ibiribwa bikungahaye ku myunyu ngugu ikomeza amagufa birimo amata n’ibiyakomokaho, amazi atunganyijwe arimo calcium (kalisiyumu),…

-        Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri (nko kugenda, koga,…) kugira ngo bigufashe gusinzira nijoro, kurwanya agahinda no kwiheba, gukomeza amagufa, kugabanya ibiro, kugabanya amavuta menshi mu mubiri n’indwara z’umutima.

-        Kugira igihe cyo kuruhuka no kwita ku mubiri wawe uwukaraba, uwusiga, uwurinda umwuma, ...

-        Kugira ibyo gukora biguhuza no kugira inshuti nziza zigufasha gutambuka muri ibyo bihe neza.
