UBURWAYI BWO KUDUHIRA MU MATWI (INJERERI MU MATWI)

Amatwi ni igice cy’ingenzi mu buzima bw’umuntu kuko nicyo gituma dushobora kumva no kuvuga. Umuntu avuga kuko amatwi ye yumva neza. Iyo ufite ubumuga bwo kutumva no kuvuga biragorana n’ubwo bishoboka.

Ugutwi k’umuntu kugizwe n’ibice bitatu: ugutwi kw’inyuma ari cyo gice kigaragara hanze, ugutwi ko hagati n’ugutwi kw’imbere. Ibyo bice byose bigira inshingano zitandukanye ariko zuzuzanya, kugira ngo umuntu ashobore kumva.

Kuduhira mu matwi cyangwa se ibyo bita injereri ni iki?

Kuduhira mu matwi ni igihe cyose wumva ibimeze nk’amajwi mu matwi yawe wenyine, utazi isoko yayo kandi akaba adaturutse mu bivuga biri hanze yawe.

Iki ni ikibazo gikunze kumvikana mu bantu b’imyaka itandukanye hirya no hino. Uko kuduhira kurabangama cyane  ndetse bamwe na bamwe kubatera bagahangayika.

-        Ubukurugutwa mu muyoboro w’ugutwi

-        Urusaku rwinshi rwangije ugutwi

-        Ugusaza (kugera mu myaka myinshi y’ubukure)

-        Kunywa imiti kubera uburwayi runaka ikangiza igice cy’imbere cy’ugutwi, …

-        Bishobora no guterwa n’indi mpamvu itavuzwe hano.
